The service

Tashan IPTV provides a subscription that lets you access live channels, on-demand films and series, and sports over your own internet connection, using a player app on a compatible device.

What is available can change over time, because line-ups and rights change. If you buy for one specific channel or event, please ask us first.

What you are responsible for

• Your internet connection, its cost and any data limits
• A compatible device, and any fee for the player app
• Making sure that you may use the service where you live, under local law
• Keeping your login details private

Fair use

Your subscription is for personal, household use. You must not resell, publicly show or redistribute the service, share your login outside your household, or try to get around its technical limits. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our plans page. You pay up front for the plan length you choose. If you pay from another currency, your bank or provider sets the exchange rate and any charge. We will tell you before any price change affects a renewal.

Service quality

We work hard to keep the service running, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Your picture also depends on things we do not control, such as your broadband provider, your Wi-Fi and your device. We will tell you honestly when a problem is on our side.

Copyright

We respect the rights of content owners and respond to valid notices through our copyright policy. You may use the service only for lawful purposes.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
