Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
If the service does not work for you, we want to know quickly, and we want you to know where you stand. This page explains what to expect.
The short version
- Tell us as soon as something is wrong
- We try to fix the problem first
- If we cannot fix a fault on our side, you can ask for a refund
When you can ask for a refund
The period during which you can ask is confirmed in your order messages.
A refund request will usually be considered if:
- the service will not work on a device we told you was compatible, and we cannot resolve it;
- there is a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time; or
- you were charged twice, or charged for the wrong plan.
When a refund may not apply
- Problems caused by your own internet connection, Wi-Fi or device, when you have not tested them as we advised
- A change of mind after using most of your plan
- Accounts that have been shared or used against our terms
That is why we ask you to check your device and your internet with us before paying.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +212 781 768 546, or email [email protected]. Include the date you paid, the plan you bought and what went wrong. Please do not send card numbers or banking passwords.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take a few working days to show it. If you paid from another currency, the amount you get back may differ slightly because of the exchange rate.
