Questions about plans
Which plan should I choose first?
If you have not used IPTV before, start with 1 month. It costs a little more per month, but it lets you see how the service runs on your own TV and broadband. Most people who already know it suits them go straight to 6 or 12 months.
Does the plan renew automatically?
Plans are paid for up front for the length you choose. We will confirm how your renewal works when you order, so that you are not surprised. If you are unsure at any point, just ask.
Why are prices in US dollars?
We quote one price in one currency so that it is the same for everyone. If you pay in rupees or another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert it at its own rate and may add a small charge.
Can I move to a longer plan later?
Yes. When your current plan is close to ending, tell us which length you would like next.
