Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
We collect as little as we can, and we use it only to sell, set up and support your subscription. Here is what that means in practice.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address or WhatsApp number when you message us.
- Order details: your plan, its dates and a record that you paid. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support details: what you tell us about your device, plus any photos or speed tests you choose to send.
- Basic technical data: the information that any web server records, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your questions, deliver and renew your subscription, give you support, keep records we are legally required to keep and protect our service against misuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.
When you message us on WhatsApp, the app’s owner also processes your data under its own privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or one-time codes in any chat with us.
Who else sees it
We share data only where that is necessary: with payment providers to process your payment, with the companies who host our website and email, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and support records for as long as you are a customer, and after that for as long as tax, accounting or dispute purposes require. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given. Depending on where you live, laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or the EU’s GDPR may give you further rights. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you directly.
