Try it on your own TV
Ask for a trial before you pay
The fairest test of any IPTV service is your own TV on your own broadband, on an ordinary evening. Message us to ask about a trial. We will tell you what is available right now. No card details are needed to ask.

A good test takes a little planning
What to check during your trial
A trial is short, so use it well. Try these things in this order.
Test at your busiest hour
Watch around 8 pm or 9 pm, when your family and your neighbours are all online. A morning test proves very little.
Try something live
Live sport or news is the hardest thing to deliver. If it runs well, the rest usually will too.
Start a film
Check how quickly it starts, then pause and resume it. Look at whether the subtitles and audio suit you.
Look for your must-haves
Find the channels from your family’s list. Save them as favourites while you are there.
Hand over the remote
Let whoever watches the most try the menu. If they can find their serial alone, you have your answer.
Ask us a question
See how support feels now, while nothing is at stake. It tells you a lot about later.
What happens next
You ask
Send your device model on WhatsApp. We check that it is suitable and tell you what is available.
We send temporary details
If a trial is available, you get a temporary login, with the name of a player app to use.
You test
Use the checklist above. Message us if anything looks wrong, since most problems have a quick fix.
It simply ends
Access stops at the end of the trial. Nothing is charged, because you gave us no payment details.
A trial will not be right if…
- Your evening speed test is under about 10 Mbps. Improve that first
- You can only test during the daytime
- The device you plan to use is not to hand yet
If a trial is not available when you ask, a 1-month plan is the lowest-risk alternative. See plans
