Compatible devices: what works, and what to do if yours does not
If a device can run a modern player app, it can run our service. That covers most TVs and phones sold in recent years, and a small streaming stick covers most of the rest.

How to find your TV’s model
If you do not know what you have, look for a label on the back of the TV. It usually shows the model number and the year of manufacture. Take a clear photo of it and send it to us. Your settings menu may also show it, usually under “About” or “Support”.
Send us a photo of the labelA stick or a new TV?
If your picture quality is still good and your TV has an HDMI port, a streaming stick is almost always the sensible choice. You keep the TV, you get an up-to-date menu and you can take the stick with you when you move.
