Cancellation Rights
Last updated: 2 November 2026
How to stop your subscription, and what the law may allow you to do if you have just bought a plan.
Stopping your subscription
You can decide not to continue at any time. Your plan stays active until its end date, and you simply do not renew it. If you are unsure of your end date, ask us. Please tell us if you do not want renewal reminders.
Changing your mind soon after buying
Some countries give consumers a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within a set period. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, for example, generally have a 14-day period for distance contracts.
Where the service has started at your request during that period, the law may allow us to charge for the part you have used, or the right may end once the service has been fully delivered. We will explain how this applies to your order.
Customers in India
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and its e-commerce rules. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will acknowledge it and try to resolve it.
How to cancel or withdraw
Send a clear message on WhatsApp to +212 781 768 546 or email [email protected]. Include your name, the date you paid and the plan you bought. You do not have to give a reason, although it helps us improve.
What happens to your money
Any money due to you is paid back as described in our refund policy.
